Set your service times

Your service times are set in Church info. They show in the top bar, the footer and the service cards on your site.

1. In the panel on the left, under Your website, click Church info.
2. Find Services. Each service is one row with three boxes: the day, the name and the time.
3. Change the day in the first box, for example Sunday.
4. Change the name in the second box, for example Worship.
5. Change the time in the third box. Write it like 9 am, 10:30 am or 7 pm.
6. To add a service, click + Add a service.
7. To take one off, click the × at the end of its row.
8. To move a service up or down, use the arrow buttons at the start of its row.
9. Click Save.
10. Click Publish to put the new times on your live site.

On a phone, tap » at the left edge to open the panel first. Use the arrow buttons to move a service.

Under Service descriptions, each service has a box. Describe what happens in that service and how long it lasts. These show on your Plan Your Visit page.

Note

The top info bar is the strip above your menu. It shows your address and times. If you switch it off in Church info, visitors do not see your times until they scroll down.

If it does not work

• “Write the time for … as 9 am, 10:30 am, or 7 pm”: Add am or pm after the time.
• “Is … at 9 am or 9 pm?”: You typed a time with no am or pm. Type am or pm after it.
• Publish stops and names a heading with a time on Plan Your Visit: That heading shows a time that is not one of your service times. Change the heading or your times so they match.
