See attendance trends

Look at the charts to see if attendance goes up or down over time.

Who can do this: Your role needs Edit access to Attendance Tracker.

1. On a computer, click Attendance Tracker in the menu. On a phone, tap More, then Attendance Tracker.
2. Click the Insights tab.
3. To change what the charts show, click Range or Service next to Filter by. Range has Current Month and Previous Month.

What the page shows

Part	What it shows
Cards at the top	The average for each service this month, and the change Compared to previous month
Attendance Information	A line chart with one line for each service
Monthly Attendance Stats	A bar chart of the last 12 months. It does not change with Range.
Total Attendance Stats	A pie chart for the range and services you chose

If no attendance is recorded yet, you see No attendance data available.
