Give without an account

Do this when you want to give to a church but you do not have a Project Go Hub account, or you do not want to log in.

Who can do this: anyone who has the link to the church’s public giving page. You do not need an account.

  1. Open the church’s public giving page. Ask the church for the link.
  2. In Amount You are Giving:, type the amount. It must be 1 or more.
  3. In Your Name, type your name.
  4. In Your Email, type your email.
  5. Under Payment Method:, choose Credit/Debit Card or Bank Account (ACH).
  6. Look at Bank Fees:, Total: and Church Receives:.
  7. Click Connect through Stripe.
  8. Under Review Details, check the amounts.
  9. Type your payment details in the payment form below.
  10. Click Donate.

You see Donation confirmed!. To give again, click Back to Donate.

  • The page shows the church’s name at the top, and links to the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy at the bottom.
  • You cannot click Connect through Stripe until the amount is 1 or more and you type your name and your email.
  • The amount you type is the total. The bank fees come out of it. Church Receives shows what is left for the church.
  • The public giving page works on every day of the week.
  • In the phone app on an iPhone, you see only Credit/Debit Card.
Section titled “For church staff: find your public giving link”

The link is your Project Go Hub web address, then /online-giving/, then your church’s short name in Project Go Hub. Your church’s short name is also at the end of your Digital Picture Board address, after /dpb/. See Open the Digital Picture Board.

  • “This church hasn’t set up online giving yet.”: The church has not finished setting up online giving. Contact the church.
  • “Church Not Found”: The link is not correct. Ask the church for the link again.
  • “Payment not completed”: Read the reason under it. Fix your payment details, then click Donate again.

Email info@project-go.com. Tell us your church name and what you tried.
