Open the Digital Picture Board

Do this when you want to see the Digital Picture Board. The board is a full-page display of your church’s families. It shows your church name and a grid of family pictures with family names.

Who can do this: anyone who is logged in. There is no role setting for it.

1. On a computer, click Digital Picture Board in the menu.
2. Wait for the board to load in the new browser tab.

While the board loads, you see “Loading families…”.

Good to know

• The board is not in the menu on a phone or in a narrow browser window. Use a computer with a wide window.
• The web address of the board ends with /dpb/ and your church’s short name. Anyone who has this address can open the board. They do not need to log in.
• Each place on the grid is one family. A family with a picture shows the picture and its name below. A family without a picture shows only its name.

If it does not work

• “No families to display”: The board has no families to show.
• “Church not found”: The address is not correct. Open the board again from the menu.
• “Failed to fetch families”: The board could not load. Reload the page.
