See the church calendar

Use the Calendar to see your church’s events, member birthdays and wedding anniversaries.

Who can do this: anyone whose role has View or Edit access to Calendar. If you do not see Calendar in the menu, ask your church admin.

1. On a computer, click Calendar in the menu. On a phone, tap More, then Calendar.
2. To change the view, click Month or Week in the top right. On a phone, tap Month or Agenda.
3. To go back or forward, click the arrows in the top left.
4. To come back to today, click Today.
5. To see an event, click it. The Event Details window opens.

The Event Details window shows the event name, its category, the date and time, the description, who the event is for, and the location. If the event repeats, it also shows how often. If the event is for everyone, it shows All Church Members.

Jump to a date

1. Click the month and year between the arrows. A small calendar opens.
2. Click a date.

The Calendar shows the week of that date.

Good to know

• On a phone there is no Week button. Agenda lists the events of the month with their full names.
• The Calendar adds a birthday for each current member who has a birth date in the Member Directory.
• The Calendar adds a wedding anniversary for each family that has an anniversary date, and a husband and a wife who are both current members.
• Former members and deceased members do not show.
• You cannot change or delete a birthday or an anniversary on the Calendar. Change the date in the member’s profile. See Change a member’s profile.
