Find a visitor

Use the Visitors page to see everyone who visited your church and to follow up with them.

Who can do this: Your role needs Edit access to Visitor Tracker. If you do not see Visitors under Church Membership, your role does not have this access. You cannot give this access in Role Management. Email us for help.

1. On a computer, click Church Membership in the menu, then Visitors. On a phone, tap More, then Church Membership, then Visitors.
2. To search, type in the Search… box above the list. The search looks at the first name, the last name and the email.
3. To sort, click the Name heading or the Date Converted heading. Click it again to reverse the order.
4. To see more visitors, click Next or Previous under the list.

What the list shows

Column	What it shows
Name	Last name, then first name
Email	The email address, or a dash
Phone	The phone number, or a dash
Status	New, Followed Up, Mailed Card or Converted
Date Converted	The date, such as 10/08/2026, or a dash

If no visitor matches, you see No results.

Good to know

• Search does not look at phone numbers.
• On a phone, the list scrolls sideways if it is wider than the screen.
