Upload files

Do this when you want to share forms, bulletins, class material or other files with your church.

Who can do this: You need Edit access to Files. If you do not see Upload Files, ask your church admin.

  1. Open Files. On a computer, click Files in the menu. On a phone, tap More, then Files.
  2. Open the folder where the files go. To add them at the top level, do not open a folder.
  3. Click Upload Files.
  4. In the Upload New Files window, drag your files onto the box. Or click browse computer and choose the files.
  5. Check the names under Selected Files. To remove one, click the X next to it.
  6. Click Upload Files.

The button shows the progress, for example Uploading 1 of 3…. When all files upload, you see Upload successful and the window closes.

  • Each file can be up to 100 MB.
  • To add all the files from a folder on your computer, click Upload a folder in the same window, then choose the folder. Project Go Hub adds the files one by one. It does not make a new folder in Files. To make a folder first, see Create a folder.
  • Members can view and download the files you upload.
  • At the bottom of the Files page, next to Trash, a bar and a line of text show how much storage space your church used and how much it has in all. The bar changes color at 80 percent and again when the space is full.
  • “File rejected”: The file is too large. Choose a file of 100 MB or less.
  • “This file is larger than the server accepts.”: Choose a smaller file.
  • “Upload failed. Check your connection and try again.”: Check your internet connection, then upload the file again.
  • “Upload completed with errors”: Read the red message under each file that did not upload. The files with a green check uploaded.

Email info@project-go.com. Tell us your church name and what you tried.
