Export the calendar
Export the calendar to put all church events in another calendar app, in a spreadsheet, or on paper.
Who can do this: Your role needs Edit access to Calendar.
- On a computer, click Calendar in the menu. On a phone, tap More, then Calendar.
- Click Export Calendar in the top right. On a phone it is an icon of a file with a down arrow.
- Choose a format.
- For Monthly Grid PDF, also choose the month in Select month:.
- Click Export Calendar.

The export has all the events, birthdays and anniversaries. It does not use the category filter.
On a phone
Section titled “On a phone”In the phone app, the window has one calendar option in place of Google Calendar and Apple Calendar. On an iPhone it is Add to Calendar. On other phones it is Add to Google Calendar.
