Set the church time zone

Set the time zone when your church is not on the default time zone, or when dates in notifications look wrong.

Who can do this: You need Edit access to Customization.

1. On a computer, click Settings in the menu, then Customization. On a phone, tap More, then Settings, then Customization.
2. Click Church Timezone. On a phone, choose it in the list at the top of the screen.
3. Click the Church Timezone field.
4. Type to search, then click your time zone.
5. Click Save.

You see Church Timezone updated!

Good to know

• The time zone is used only for the dates in email and text notifications.
• The list shows time zones in the Americas by city name, for example America/Chicago.
• To undo a change before you save, click Cancel.
