Filter the calendar by category

Filter the Calendar when you want to see only some kinds of events.

Who can do this: anyone whose role has View or Edit access to Calendar.

1. On a computer, click Calendar in the menu. On a phone, tap More, then Calendar.
2. Open the category list. On a computer, click Event Category above the calendar. On a phone, tap the funnel icon, then tap Event Category.
3. Check each category you want to see.

The Calendar shows only the events in the checked categories. On a phone, the funnel icon shows how many categories are checked.

To see all events again, uncheck all the categories.

Good to know

• Birthdays and Anniversaries are in the list too.
• Each event shows in the color of its category.
