Add a song book

Do this before you add songs. Each song in the Song Tracker belongs to a song book.

Who can do this: You need Edit access to Song Tracker. If you do not see Song Tracker in the menu, ask your church admin.

1. Open the Song Tracker. On a computer, click Song Tracker in the menu. On a phone, tap More, then Song Tracker.
2. Click the Song Books tab. On a phone, if you do not see the tab, slide the tabs sideways.
3. Click Add Song Book.
4. In the New Song Book window, type the book’s name in Name.
5. If you want, type a Description.
6. In Status, choose Active or Inactive.
7. Click Save.

You see “Song book created.”

Good to know

• Save stays off until you type a name.
• The list shows each book’s Name, Description, Status and the number of Songs in it.
• An Inactive book does not show in the Song Book list when you add a song or a song request.
