See all donations to your church

Do this when you need to look up the online gifts that everyone in your church gave.

Who can do this: You need Edit access to Finance Tracker. If you do not see Donations Manager in the menu, ask your church admin.

1. Open Donations Manager. On a computer, click Online Giving in the menu, then Donations Manager. On a phone, tap More, then Online Giving, then Donations Manager.
2. Read the list. It shows the Date, Name, Type and Amount of each gift.
3. To find one person’s gifts, type their name in Search members.
4. To show gifts from certain dates, click Select a Date Range. Then click the first day and the last day.

To clear the search and the dates, click Reset Filters.

Good to know

• To sort the list, click the Date, Name, Type or Amount heading.
• Type shows Online Giving for each gift.
