Find a message

Do this when you want to read a message your church sent, or find a draft or scheduled message.

Who can do this: Your role needs View or Edit access to Message Manager.

1. Open Message Manager. On a computer, click Message Center in the menu, then Message Manager. On a phone, tap More, then Message Center, then Message Manager.
2. On a phone, tap the funnel icon at the top to open the filters.
3. To show only one kind of message, click Type and check Email or Text Message.
4. To show only one status, click Status and check Sent, Draft or Scheduled.
5. To search, type a word from the message title in Search Message….
6. Click a message to read it.

The list shows the newest messages first. Click a column name, such as Author or Date Sent / Scheduled, to sort by that column.
