Change a person's role
Do this to give a person more access or less access in Project Go Hub. The role decides which screens the person can open and change.
Who can do this: You need Edit access to User Roles.
- On a computer, click Church Membership in the menu, then User Roles. On a phone, tap More, then Church Membership, then User Roles.
- Find the person in the list. The list is sorted by last name. On a computer, you can click a letter on the right side to go to that part of the list.
- On the right of the person’s row, click the role name under Access Type.
- Click the new role.
You see Access Type Updated! The change is saved immediately. There is no Save button.
Good to know
Section titled “Good to know”- The list shows Admin, Member and all roles that your church created.
- To give a person a new role, create the role first. See Create a role.
- Your own row shows (you). You cannot change your own role. Ask another person with Edit access to User Roles.
If a person is not in the list
